“Whats this chocolate?” will be a very common question for a lot of our customers! With over 60 chocolates available to choose from, and with limited edition new and seasonal flavours added, to be tried and tested most weeks, it’s impossible to have a comprehensive menu showing every single chocolate we’ve had on display recently (over 175 different flavours in the past year alone!). As such, we’ve created a handy menu map, which shows the current permanent range of 60 chocolates, which is given out with every Choose Your Own selection of chocolates, along with all set Boxed Chocolates selections. With all of those limited edition and seasonal new flavours still to think about, below shows pictures, descriptions and allergen information for the most recent sets of new chocolates for your reference.

The allergen coding shows which allergens ARE contained in the ingredients. These are as follows: D – contains Dairy, E – contains Egg, G – contains Gluten (mostly wheat, but some barley and oat), N – contains Nuts (which can include any of the following: almonds, Brazils, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachio, walnuts, and peanuts), S – contains Soya, Su – contains Sulphites, A – contains Alcohol. We also list Vegan suitable chocolates with a V. Because of the presence of these allergens, you should note that there could be a small trace of any of the above in any of the chocolates. 1 Passion Fruit Cup. Milk chocolate cup filled with sharp passionfruit ganache, topped with passion fruit and vanilla crème (D,S)
2 Dark Orange Praline. Dark chocolate hazelnut praline, infused with orange, enrobed in milk and dark chocolate layers, topped with a crystalised orange slice (D,N,S)
3 Strawberry & Black Pepper. Bright pink strawberry ganache, with warming and slightly punchy black pepper, enrobed in layers of milk and white chocolate. (D,N,S)
4 Dark Marzipan Cube. Nutty almond marzipan, enrobed in dark chocolate (D,N,S)
5 Limoncello Truffle. White chocolate shell, filled with runny limoncello crème centre. Refreshingly delicious and more-ish (D)
6 Latte Cup. Dark chocolate cup, filled with rich, creamy coffee ganache, topped with a dark chocolate coffee bean decoration (D,S)
7 Berry Cream Cup. Dark chocolate cup with layers of raspberry ganache, and raspberry & strawberry crème (D,N,S)
8 Salted Caramel. Runny butter caramel, enhanced with a pinch of sea salt, in a smooth milk chocolate (D,N,S)
9 Dulce de Leche. Caramelised condensed milk, in a milk chocolate cup, topped with vanilla crème and caramel balls (D,G,S)
10 Sparkling Whisky Truffle. Milk chocolate ganache centre, flavoured with whisky, enrobed in a milk chocolate shell, with sugar crystals sprinkled on top (D,S,A)
11 Pear Schnapps. Milk chocolate pear brandy ganache, enrobed in dark chocolate, topped with a white chocolate pear decoration (D,S,A)
12 Flaked Rum Truffle. Milk chocolate ganache centre flavoured with white rum, enrobed in a milk chocolate shell, rolled in flaked milk chocolate. (D,S,A)

1 – Fruity Nut Truffle. Runny cherry and pistachio flavoured crème centre, set in a white chocolate shell, rolled in crushed hazelnuts (D,N,S,A)
2 – Espresso Martini. Crème fraiche flavoured with coffee liqueur and espresso, enrobed in a fine dark chocolate (D,S,A)
3 – Apple Crumble Egg. Milk chocolate egg shell, filled with smooth apple ganache, with crushed pieces of crunchy bresilienne – roasted, caramelised hazelnuts. (D,N,S)
4 – Mango, Chilli & Ginger. Milk chocolate enrobed around a ganache of sweet, sharp mango and warming ginger, with spicy chilli flakes (D,S,A)
