Out of Stock Issues
If, for any reason, an item from your order is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the option to either select a replacement, to arrange a later chocolate delivery to include your original item, or to cancel the order.
Please advise us within 7 days if any part of your chocolate delivery arrives damaged. Please post back damaged goods within 30 days of your delivery arriving. We will send a replacement delivery within 7 working days or refund your money.
Returns & Cancelations
An order may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. This must be done by replying to the original confirmation email to email@example.com, at which point, all monies will be refunded, and no return charges will be charged to the customer. In accordance with the current Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. We will refund your card (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. All items must be returned at the customers cost. Returned chocolates must be in perfect condition, in their original, un-opened packaging and delivered using recorded delivery. We will check all returns to ensure that they are in perfect condition for re-sale, and any breakages or damages cannot be refunded.

Promotions & Competitions
Competitions are run at various times throughout the year, both in-store or online. Each competition will have its own terms and conditions. In all cases (unless otherwise stated), winners have one week to contact Chocolate Fayre to claim their prize from the date when any prize draw winner has been announced, otherwise their prize will be forfeit. Unfortunately, unless otherwise stated, prizes cannot be posted outside of the UK.
