“What’s this chocolate?” must be one of the most common questions people think about when diving into a Chocolate Fayre chocolate box selection.
With the ability to carefully select exactly which of the roughly 60 permanent chocolates you’d like to to choose from our chocolate cabinet in store, or from the Choose Your Own page here on the Chocolate Fayre website, it’s always been a challenge to be able to give you, our lovely customers, a physically printed menu guiding you (or the person you are gifting to) which answers the question “What’s this chocolate?” Add to this the fact that we add around 10 to 12 new limited edition and seasonal flavours every month, and guiding you through the chocolates in a printed format which isn’t completely cumbersome has proved a challenge! However, we’ve been working with one of our local designers to come up with a design that ticks the boxes and gives you an attractive printed guide to the permanent chocolates, while also being physically small enough to tuck in with your selection box.

As you’d expect, each chocolate listed can be identified by an image, with it’s title, and a brief description below. We’ve also added our allergen short code letters to every chocolate as well, identifying which chocolates contain specific allergens*, to help those who would like to avoid certain ingredients. This includes highlighting all vegan suitable chocolates too. You can also find full ingredients of all current chocolates by clicking on specific chocolates in the Choose Your Own section of our website.

For the seasonal and limited addition new chocolates which we add regularly each month, we haven’t got a printed solution just yet. However, we have set up a page on here which shows the previous few months’ chocolates, with the most recent additions displayed first. Hopefully this helps identify the latest additions for the moment, while we work on a way of making a printed version which isn’t too costly or wasteful of paper, as some of our limited edition chocolates are only available for a week or two.
*Please note that the usual caveat applies: any of the chocolates may contain a small trace of any of the allergens listed, which is explained in the allergen key. If in doubt, we have other products which may be more suitable to those needing a guarantee that a chocolate is certified as “free from”.
