When you think of African coffee growing nations, Zambia might not be the first place you think of when you think of. However this is a single origin coffee experience that might change your mind. Grown on the high altitude slopes of Mount Sunzu, on the border with Tanzania, this washed, single origin Arabica bean brings a fresh, balanced flavour, which can really be enjoyed at anytime of the day.
This is a lightly roasted coffee, but don’t let that dismiss it. It does not lack in lovely flavours of sweet acidity with chocolate, plum & almond notes. To truly appreciate we recommend you enjoy it from a drip filter, V60 or cafetière, with a splash of milk to enhance the flavours.
