All of the chocolates and truffles in this collection have alcoholic flavours as their base. It could be champagne, rum, whisky, amaretto, cointreau, cherry liqueurs and more. The centres will all be soft, and some may be a liquid liqueur. None will contain a sugar crust. The selection may include milk, dark and white chocolate, nuts, pralines, fruit flavours, marzipans and others. But the main theme will always be alcohol.
