Cuzcachapa is named after the 1,200 farmer coffee co-operative in Western El Salvador, by the Guatemalan border, which has now been going for almost 60 years. This smooth coffee begins with light chocolate notes, leading to sharper fruity plum flavours, and then into hazelnut flavours for a smooth taste. This coffee works well with all brewing methods.
